History
Siayan Travellers Inn was constructed in 2010, the hotel flourished from 20 rooms to 43 rooms. Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte from which the name was derived is a small, quiet town in Zamboanga Peninsula. It is home to Subanens, an indigenous group that lives mainly in Northern Mindanao. The name of the place was from a legendary story of a Subano couple “SIAY” and “AYAN” who bravely fought their Muslim enemies who invaded the place long time ago. Because of their bravery, their fellow Subanen adored and respected them that anybody who wanted to know the name of the place, the ready answer was “SIAY-AYAN”. The short account of it is now SIAYAN.
Siayan Travellers Inn aims to be a home to Siayanons and Bisaya in Manila. But the proximity to the airport provides a market for foreign travellers and Filipinos who are coming into and out of the Philippines or just waiting for their flights to their next island destinations.
With the aim of providing Filipino hospitality to local and foreign guests, Siayan Travellers Inn is your home away from home.
